RAP LEGEND BIG DADDY KANE WASN’T IMPRESSED BY KENDRICK LAMAR’S EUPHORIA

Big Daddy Kane has commented on the latest spat between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, stating he wasn’t all that into the fight. The Juice Crew icon, who is no stranger to rap beef, explained why he “lost interest” in what many consider to be the greatest rap war ever in an interview with The Art of Dialogue.

“I tried to follow Kendrick and Drake, but I became disinterested after a while. Not because of the two, but rather because of the fandom, it just didn’t excite me. The fan base has reached a point where it’s good.

Kane said, “It’s not a competitive thing about who spits the better bars,” in response to a question concerning his problems with the rappers’ supporters. It has to do with verifying the facts to find out if this person was telling the truth.

“It’s like, it’s great if the phrase is dope and he dissed you. It’s that easy. Why are we attempting to interpret and analyze what was stated? It is merely a catchy rhyme. Man, appreciate the song for what it is.

“It just wasn’t for me,” he continued. It’s the listeners, the fans, and their opinions and comments that matter, not Kendrick or Drake. They take away my enjoyment of it.
