Taylor Swift is the most popular musician, according to searches conducted alone in the United Kingdom (1.8 million each month). The pop diva is the most searched-for artist both globally and in the US, having just published her most recent album.

Eminem is closely trailing Taylor Swift, with 718K UK searches each month. Marshall is the list’s most Googled male rapper and musician. Only Drake (ranked No. 23) and Nicki Minaj (ranked No. 25) are rappers who cut.

Google searches are not the only way to discover the artists’ fame. Every week, Eminem and Taylor Swift have been at the top of the YouTube UK charts. Fans that actively interact with their music online are connected to it.
