Eminem Reignites 22-Year Feud with Benzino (and Drags His Daughter Coi Leray) on New Diss Track
Eminem and Benzino have rekindled their long-standing enmity.
The 51-year-old rapper released “Doomsday Pt. 2,” which is on his most recent album All Is Yellow, on Friday. Eminem targets rapper-producer Benzino, 58, in the diss tune.
“What is Benzino’s opposite? ‘Go at his neck,’ a giraffe? How the f— is that? / How am I going to get something that he doesn’t? Eminem raps on the explicit song, “Arm so short he can’t even touch his hands / When they’re above his head doin’ jumpin’ jacks.”
In addition, Eminem criticizes Benzino’s financial situation (“all the debt you in”) and raises concerns about his sexual orientation, bringing up old allegations that Benzino is gay after being seen with a different man at a Red Roof Inn. Later, Eminem raps, “Guess that Coi Leray feat’s in the toilet, aye?” in an apparent jab at Benzino’s daughter, the 26-year-old rapper-singer Coi Leray of “No More Parties.” (Leray has not yet responded, but she announced her new record deal with Island Records and dropped her new song, “Wanna Come Thru,” on Thursday.)
