King James shows his class when living with wife and children in luxury $37M mansion

Take a peek inside LeBron James’ stunning Beverly Hills residence, which he acquired for a remarkable $36.75 million. This dream home offers luxurious features and ample space.

Formerly owned by Lee Phillip Bell, who passed away this year, the 2.5-acre property at 9955 Beverly Grove Dr. captivated the NBA legend. It boasts seven fireplaces, a pool house with two baths, an illuminated tennis court, and a screening room.

With its expansive 9,100 square feet and soaring exposed-beam ceilings, the Beverly Hills estate comfortably accommodates the 6’9″ stature of the LA Lakers star.

The main estate spans 9,100 square feet and comprises four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a driveway lined with hedges, and a motor court adorned with palm trees. The 1930s building underwent refurbishment during Bell’s ownership.

In June, the previous estate owned by the Bells, which was meticulously maintained, was listed by Hilton & Hyland founders Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton. Interestingly, legendary actress Katherine Hepburn once resided in that estate before the Bells acquired it.

LeBron James, a four-time NBA MVP, secured the Mediterranean-style mansion in Beverly Hills for a significant sum of $36.75 million, slightly below its initial listed price of $39 million.
