T.I. and Tiny have recently expanded their real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a sizable property in Atlanta, a decision made prior to facing various sexuаl аssаult charges.

According to our sources, T.I. purchased the lavish property, boasting 14,000 square feet, seven bedrooms, and ten bathrooms, in Atlanta towards the end of 2020.

The mansion, located on a private gated estate along the Chattahoochee River, is tailored for entertainment, featuring a spacious pool, spa, and outdoor fireplace.

The interior of the residence is designed for luxury and comfort, comprising amenities such as a massage room, sauna, gym, home theater, wine cellar (stocked with vintage selections), and a guest house.

Records indicate that the property was sold for $3,265,000, and the listing was managed by owner and agent Bonneau Ansley III of Ansley Real Estate.

It’s noteworthy that T.I. and Tiny faced criticism soon after the purchаse due to numerous sexuаl аssаult allegations from wоmen across the country. Despite these challenges, the artist categorically denies the charges. While one criminal case in Las Vegas has been closed, the LAPD continues its investigation into an alleged sexuаl аssаult.
