According to property records, Rihanna, the 33-year-old pop star and entrepreneur, purchased a Tudor-style home in Beverly Hills, California for $10 million in March. The 5,000-square-foot house is located next to the 8,000-square-foot mansion she bought for $13.75 million in late 2020.
Both properties are situated in the affluent Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood and were purchased through trusts, with Evan Jehle, a partner at the New York-based business management company FFO and a member of Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation, listed as a trustee on deeds for the two transactions.
Forbes has estimated Rihanna’s net worth to be $600 million, thanks to the success of her cosmetics and fashion brands. The white mansion with a black roof that Rihanna acquired in 2020 was previously purchased by investor Daniel Starr for $4.3 million in 2016 and was renovated to feature an open indoor-outdoor floor plan with white oak floors, several fireplaces, and tall hedges for privacy.
Rihanna’s new Tudor-style home, which she acquired for just over $5 million in 2015, offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms, exposed ceiling beams, wood details throughout, a sauna, half-basketball court, and a pool, according to listing photos from 2015. She recently moved back to the US from London, where she had been renting a lavish Victorian mansion in St. John’s Wood.
