Discover the villa acclaimed as 50 Cent’s joyful retreat.

Rapper 50 Cent, also known as Curtis James Jackson III, has finally sold his luxurious Connecticut mansion for $2.9 million.

The impressive estate, located near Farmington, about 80 miles from Greenwich, spans over 50,000 square feet and boasts authorized helicopter landing grounds, a rare feature in the state, as confirmed by Douglas Elliman, the listing company.

The mansion is the epitome of opulence and luxury, offering 19 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, and an indoor pool. Its lavish amenities include a nightclub, indoor basketball court, multiple game rooms, green screen room, recording studio, fully equipped gym, conference room, and a home cinema.

Situated on 17.6 acres of land, the property’s grounds feature a pool, grotto, pond, basketball court, guesthouses, and gardens, providing a serene and picturesque retreat. The successful sale was handled by Jennifer Leahy of Douglas Elliman, who represented the estate during the transaction.

Selling the mansion was a challenging endeavor, as 50 Cent had been trying to find a buyer for years. The final selling price was a significant 84 percent lower than the initial asking price set 12 years ago, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Before the sale, the mansion was listed on Zillow for rent at a monthly price of $100,000. A representative for 50 Cent informed The Wall Street Journal that the proceeds from the sale would go to the rapper’s non-profit organization, the G-Unity Foundation, showcasing his dedication to charitable giving and making a positive impact in the community.
