A peek at Dr.Dre’s eye-catching California love mansion

The staggering array of West Coast real estate owned by Dr. Dre is unquestionably befitting of the ruler of DеатҺ Row Records.

The rapper and record producer, whose real name is Andre Young, has had a long history in the music business. In 1992, he made his breakthrough with the massive song “Deep Cover”.

Since then, Dr. Dre has established a lucrative solo rap career, formed his own record label, helped establish the careers of rappers Snoop Dogg and Eminem, and co-founded Beats Electronics. Along the process, he also amassed a sizable real estate holdings.

In December, the Grammy winner listed one of his Pacific Palisades, California, houses for $2.65 million, and an offer is now pending. He paid $2.25 million for the four-bedroom house in 2019.

The 3,102-square-foot house, which was constructed in 1997, is situated in the private community of Summit Club. According to the description, the home has been “impeccably updated,” and it features a roomy kitchen with custom cabinets, top-of-the-line equipment, and a center island.

Built-in cabinets and a gas fireplace can be seen in the living room. The main suite and three other bedrooms are upstairs. The residence has wide-plank wood flooring throughout and a vaulted ceiling.

The 2-acre property has lots of space for outdoor gatherings and looks out onto the Pacific Ocean. The Summit Club, which comprises a pool, sports court, tennis court, and gym, is included in the sale.

Additionally, the rapper sold his six-bedroom California property in Calabasas. He paid $4.9 million for the 9,378 square foot estate four years ago, and this month he listed it for $6.1 million. It was bought at full price and sold.

The house is situated in the Mountain View Estates gated community and was constructed in 1997. The house has just undergone renovations thanks to Dr. Dre, who spent more than $1 million turning it into “a show place,” according to the ad. Wide-plank light oak flooring, a media room, a whole-house sound system, and a salon are examples of luxurious finishings.

A primary bedroom includes a wraparound patio and two walk-in closets.
The private lot contains an eight-car garage, a basketball court, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a pool, and a spa.
