Records show that on December 20, West, aged 44, finalized the purchɑse of the house using the LLC Spruce Blue Trust.

According to a source who spoke to The Post, the “Donda” singer expressed a desire to “get his family back together,” but it seems this house purchɑse was primarily for the children of his former wife.
