Because of his love, Kevin Hart spent all his money to buy a $ 7 million Calabasas mansion

Two is sometimes preferable to one. And those scenarios become more prevalent and urgent the more money you have on hand. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that Kevin Hart is experiencing financial growth.

The Philadelphia native is one of the wealthiest comedians, with a reported net worth of $200 million, and records show he’s put $7 million of that money into a massive mansion that sits next to an even larger mansion he already owns.

Hart’s primary property, which was finished in 2018, is situated in a little-known gated neighborhood on the semi-rural outskirts of Calabasas. It was made to his specifications.

The 9,500 square foot compound has a somewhat contemporary Mediterranean architecture and is situated on a 26 acre site, however 24 of those acres are steep hillside that cannot be used for building. Aside from the main mansion, the opulent property has two separate guesthouses, a playground for kids, a sizable pool, and a volleyball court.

The property next door is a 16.3-acre estate with a majority of hillside once more, but a two-acre graded block has a 9,300-square-foot, ambiguously architectural home with a grey tiled roof, as well as an infinity-edged swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, large lawns, and sprawling gardens. The home, which was constructed in 2004, has never been formally for sale.

Records also show that Hart purchased the nearby residence from Shakim Compere, a film producer with offices in Miami and Los Angeles who is well known for having been Queen Latifah’s longstanding business partner.

Flavor Unit Entertainment was created by The Queen and Compere back in 1995; since then, it has produced more than twenty movies and TV shows and has signed an exclusive global partnership with Netflix.

It is unlikely that Compere and his wife Tonya made any money on the sale to Hart and his wife Eniko Parrish since they paid $6.7 million for the high maintenance mansion when they purchased the Calabasas property in 2015.
