According to Dirt, the beauty and shapewear mogul bought the house in 2017 for $1.6 miℓℓio𝚗 while married to musician and now ex-husband Kanye West. The monochrome, monastery-style apartment was back on the market two years later but never sold. Let’s hoping Compass improves things.

The former couple is noted for their minimalist interior design. Like this 2,260-square-foot condo. Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen designed the contemporary interiors and helped design the duo’s Hidden Hills property. The condo, similar in style but considerably smaller, has few furniture and plenty of mild, neutral-colored organic materials.

The Avanti complex in Calabasas has a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo. The home’s minimalist design reflects Van Duysen’s style. Wide-plank European oak floors, gray plaster walls, and dark designer light fittings.

The chef’s kitchen has Gaggenau ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerators, and Bosh dishwashers. The master suite also contains a freestanding JEE-o soho bathtub, Toto toilet, MGS faucets, and a bespoke designer vanity. We expected nothing less.
